The introduction of the NDIS and other large funding schemes over the past few years has provided unprecedented opportunities for RMTs to establish successful and diverse businesses. But it’s been a steep learning curve and whether you work on your own, manage an established team, or are thinking about starting something, it’s hard work and there is much to learn and navigate.

This workshop provides an opportunity to explore what it means to run a heart-led business. What are your driving values? What are your biggest challenges? Where are you headed? How do you find the right information and supports?

With musical interludes come and explore these (and many more) questions together in an honest, creative and authentic way. Let’s share our concerns, discuss possibilities, and make deeper connections with others in the same boat. Whether you’ve been a music therapist for 50 years or 5 minutes, everyone’s experiences and concerns are welcome, we all benefit when we support and learn from each other.

Note: I don't think that 90min would be long enough to cover this properly. This would work well as a 3 hour workshop - possibly PDS? Happy to discuss.
