Biography

Ali Alsalah, a Senior Analyst at the University of Tasmania, brings a wealth of experience in student accommodation management. Having lived in residence and served in various roles within student accommodation, including Residential Assistant and Customer Services Officer, Ali possesses a deep understanding of the complexities involved. Throughout his career, Ali has been a passionate advocate for harnessing the full capabilities of StarRez functionalities to enhance the resident experience and streamline accommodation management processes. His commitment to optimising resident journeys, drawn from his own experiences as a resident, has been pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a supportive living environment for students.

Biography

Joseph has a strong background in student accommodation, starting out as a student living on-campus at the UniSQ Residential Colleges, and progressing into a Resident Advisor role. After completing his studies, Joseph undertook the position of Residential Life Coordinator before being appointed as the Manager (Operations) at UniSQ Residential Colleges in 2022. Joseph is passionate about all aspects of student accommodation, including residential life, student wellbeing and community engagement.

Grant is Manager of Customer Experience APAC at StarRez, where he enables residential communities to thrive with innovative best practice software solutions. He has a passion for solving problems with technology and has a wealth of industry experience, coming from a background in Purpose Built Student Accommodation across both the UK and Australia.
