Details

The presentation will be a case study of one of our projects in Melbourne. At 45 storeys it would be one of the tallest PBSA projects. The case study can provide an insight into the design process and how we curated the spaces with the student experience and well being in mind. As part of the session, I would like to generate an open discussion to take comments from the audience on what they see are the key considerations for the design and operations of a vertical PBSA. What are the key challenges and what ideas are there on addressing them.

Joseph has over 20years experience as an architect and have worked on numerous student accommodation projects nationally. Joseph has been involved in the AIA as a jury in the multi-residential category and is passionate about being involved to progress design.
