Tiki is the Scientific Director of Newlife IVF and brings over 30 years of experience in assisted reproduction. She has worked across multiple IVF clinics in Australia and has consulted extensively throughout the Asia–Pacific region. Through this experience, she has developed a strong appreciation that there is no single way to practise IVF, and that high-quality care requires adaptability to the needs of individual patients, the clinical context, and the culture of each clinic. Her work focuses on delivering thoughtful, ethical embryology care, grounded in respect for patients, their hopes, and the biological material entrusted to her, and guided by empathy, integrity, and evidence-based practice.
