Dr Katherine Steele is an anaesthetic consultant with multi continental experience both in Australia and the United States of America. She works in anaesthesia at the Prince Charles Hospital and is currently undertaking further study in the field of hyperbaric medicine. Katherine is the host of the anaesthetic podcast – ‘Deep Breaths’ – and has a keen interest in anaesthetic education for medical students, junior doctors, and registrars. Outside of work, Katherine enjoys bicycle rides with her family, and can often be found with her nose in a good book.
