Dr Sina Alexander is Director of Endoscopy at the University Hospital Geelong. He holds senior positions at Barwon Health, SJOG Geelong and is a senior clinical lecturer at Deakin University.
Sina practices evidence-based medicine and exhibits compassionate care with excellent patient communication. Embracing a multi-disciplinary approach, he has taken a strong interest in ergonomics in Endoscopy and the impact this has on quality outcomes, career longevity and physician and allied health well-being.
This session will examine everything related to a nurse’s role in the creation of a suitable environment for best clinical outcome, protection of team health and preservation of career.
