Daniel Sofia is a one of the Advanced Nurse Unit Managers at TQEH ED. He has psotgraduate qualifications in emergency nursing, nursing education and is working towards a Masters in Health Administration. Daniel has 18 years of nursing experience in metro emergency departments, and in education roles supporting new nurses and as the nurse educator for General Medicine and Geriatrics. Kirsty McCulloch is a Nurse Unit Manager at TQEH ED with a role focusing on access to care and flow. Kirsty has a Masters in emergency nursing. Kristy has been working with the SHCC and LEA Australia to use data driven tools to drive innovation in access and flow in a newly built ED in SA.
