Dr Munroe is a Lecturer at the School of Nursing, University of Wollongong. She has extensive experience in emergency nursing, having worked in rural, regional, and metropolitan hospitals, and continues to work clinically as a Registered Nurse at Wollongong Hospital Emergency Department.
