Dr Brenton Earl is a trawlwoolway man from lutriwitta (Tasmania). He was one of the first Aboriginal Podiatrists in Australia and is the first Aboriginal Emergency Medicine Trainee in South Australia. He sits on a number of local and national Indigenous health committees and is a strong advocate for creating culturally safe workplaces for Indigenous staff. He is unapologetic in challenging the colonial mindset of Emergency Medicine in Australia
