Mardi is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years of expertise in work health safety and injury management. She is a Registered Psychologist with a Masters of Psychology (Organisational & Human Factors) from the University of Adelaide and has a passion for workplace mental health. Starting her career as a nurse and midwife in Adelaide, South Australia, she pursued her interest in injury and disease prevention. Now, as a Mentally Healthy Workplaces Consultant at ReturnToWorkSA, Mardi partners with workplaces and key industries, including health care, to foster healthy, safe and thriving workplaces.
