Ellie is an experienced emergency nurse with over seven years of clinical experience in metropolitan and tertiary emergency departments across Queensland and Western Australia. She holds postgraduate qualifications in emergency care and is currently undertaking a PhD at Griffith University, Gold Coast. Her research examines secondary traumatic stress in emergency department doctors and nurses, contributing to the evidence base surrounding workforce wellbeing and psychological health in emergency care settings
