Clare Walters is an Emergency Department Registered Nurse and PhD candidate at Murdoch University. Her doctoral research explores moral distress among Australian emergency nurses, with a particular focus on the organisational and contextual factors that influence nurses' experiences in clinical practice. Clare also works as a nursing academic, supporting the education and development of future nurses. Her research interests include moral distress, nursing workforce wellbeing, clinical education, and emergency nursing practice.
