Josephine Rheinberger is an Emergency Nurse, Clinical Nurse Educator, and clinician researcher based in the Emergency Department at Wollongong Hospital, New South Wales. She is currently a PhD candidate undertaking higher degree research through the University of Sydney exploring the scope of nursing practice within emergency department resuscitation areas, with a focus on identifying the knowledge, technical, and non-technical skills required of emergency resuscitation nurses caring for critically ill patients. Her work aims to strengthen emergency nursing education and improve standardisation and future workforce preparedness.
