To prism adapt or not prism adapt, that is the question?
Abstract
This talk will discuss the value of prism adaptation in pre-operative strabismic patients that demonstrate poor fusion or a form of ARC. These patients often are diplopic when neutralized with prisms or have precarious fusion. The effectiveness and ease of prism adaptation will be presented in this talk via some clinical case studies of patients I have seen over the years.
