Details

Modern IOL surgery requires more than good-quality biometry. Measurements may look reliable but still not agree with other devices, the patient's refraction or the overall clinical picture. Using case-based examples, this presentation will look at how Orthoptists can validate and interpret refractive planning data, recognise when something doesn't quite fit, decide when further investigation is needed, and know when to escalate before IOL selection.
