With experience in IVF labs across London and Sydney, she has been exposed to a huge range of change within lab protocols over the last 28 years. From first walking into an IVF lab as a naive 19 year old, to today being a mature 40-something, Charlotte is here today to talk to us about how working in an IVF lab has changed during her career
