Tatiana Khriapenkova, a clinical embryologist with 15 years of experience in assisted reproductive technologies, is the Team Leader at the Queensland Fertility Group Mackay laboratory. She began her scientific career with a PhD in Cell Biology at Moscow State University, studying mitochondrial structure and function in cell culture. Following her postgraduate research, she transitioned into ART, applying her academic background in clinical settings. Having worked in laboratories across multiple countries with diverse workflows, she combines strong theoretical knowledge with practical expertise. This talk highlights a key strategy for improving embryo culture conditions, making the in vitro environment safer and more stable.
