Simon is the Scientific Director of IVFAustralia, responsible for the NSW-ACT laboratory operations of 20 accredited IVF and Andrology labs. With more than 70 scientists in the department, and a large number of labs, significant time must spent devising lab processes to minimize risks, which is the topic of todays talk.
