Dr Kylie Stone is a Clinical Psychologist and Senior Fertility Counsellor with more than 15 years’ experience across private, public, and government‑assisted reproductive technology (ART) services. She has extensive expertise in fertility counselling, including fertility preservation, donor conception, surrogacy, and contemporary family formation. Dr Stone combines clinical practice with legislative and policy expertise and has held senior leadership roles, including Manager of Victoria’s Donor Conception Registers and Acting CEO of VARTA during significant legislative reform. She is an ANZICA‑approved supervisor, contributes to professional education across Australia and the Asia‑Pacific region, and is a member of the Victorian Government’s Donor Conception Advisory Group. She currently provides mandatory and supportive counselling, including donor‑linking services, for people impacted by ART.
