Abstract
This session shows how clinics can the work done and reduce daily pressure points by making maximising their support team. Using examples from workflow audits, we highlight where unclear roles, poor coordination and missing systems slow you down. We will share practical strategies that any clinics can implement, These tools help teams work together more smoothly, improve client and patient outcomes, and create a calmer, more efficient clinic day.
Biography
Sue is the Business Manager for Provet AIRC/Crampton Consulting Group and a cofounder of the VNCA. Sue continues to work on 3 committees on the VNCA including the Professional Advancement and AVNAT committees.
Sue received the inaugural AVA/VBG Veterinary Business Professional of the Year award in 2019 for her contribution to the profession over the last 2 decades. Sue has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources and Marketing, a Diploma in Company Directorship (GAICD) and a Masters in NLP. Sue is a well-respected leadership trainer and consultant across Australasia.
Sue is a passionate advocate of all things Vet Nursing!
