Biography
Cindy is the Marketing & Education Coordinator for the Vet Care division of B. Braun Australia and New Zealand. Prior to working with B. Braun, Cindy had been a full time Veterinary Nurse working in a 24-hour emergency vet clinic.
One of her passions is caring for our Australian Native Wildlife, it was this passion that drove her to become a wildlife carer with WIRES and head up the wildlife treatment division within the clinic.
Offering further education is something that she truly enjoys, and to be able to offer this to veterinary clinics has been incredible.
Cindy feels that continuing your education is vital, as it helps us become better, more adaptable to our workplace and more accepting of change.

Workshop Six: Suture techniques and wound closure
Biography
Luís started his career as a theatre nurse in the human sector. His knowledge and years of experience led him to working with B. Braun as the Business Unit Manager for Abdominal, Cardio and Wound Closure.
He is also the head of the Aesculap Academy looking after all clinical and educational activities at B. Braun Australia and New Zealand.
From time to time, he helps out in the Veterinary division lending his expertise to help further educate Vets, Techs & Nurses. Luís is also a proud dad of his beautiful Tuxedo cat Cyril who can often be found assisting his dad with cuddles.
