I am excited to announce the 2025 APSAA Conference ‘Charting our Future – Reaching for the Stars’ will be held at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne from 19 – 22 May 2025.

On behalf of the APSAA Board and Conference Committee, I would like to thank our long-term partners for their continued support in delivering high-quality events. The APSAA Conference will explore transformative ideas and innovations poised to shape our future. It will be a platform for knowledge sharing and showcasing new products. Dinner Sponsorship Opportunities

Always a highly anticipated and well-attended social function, the Gala Awards Dinner will be held on Wednesday 21 May at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne. Tickets are included in full conference registrations. This function includes a three-course meal, five-hour beverage package and entertainment. It provides the perfect opportunity for you to speak to a captive audience and to show your appreciation for our amazing award winners.

Entitlements:

  • Opportunity to address delegates at the Gala Awards Dinner (two-minute speaking slot)
  • Sponsor may provide up to three freestanding banners which will be positioned in prominent locations at the Gala Awards Dinner
  • Opportunity to provide photo wall or photobooth during the dinner (supplied by sponsor, can only commence at conclusion of awards presentation)

In response to feedback from past conferences, we are excited to introduce the Leadership and Recognition Dinner on Tuesday 20 May. Taking place at Ormond College, this function will provide an opportunity to recognise practicing professionals, including those who have achieved their CPD certification or contributed on committees. It will also provide another networking opportunity open to all conference attendees. Tickets to this function have been subsidised for 2025 and can be added to conference registrations for $50 per person. The evening will be more relaxed compared to the Gala Awards Dinner, featuring a two-course meal and a three-hour beverage package, with no entertainment or dance floor, allowing for plenty of opportunities to engage in conversation.

  • Opportunity to address delegates at the Leadership and Recognition Dinner (two-minute speaking slot)
  • Sponsor may provide up to three freestanding banners which will be positioned in prominent locations at the Leadership and Recognition Dinner

All attendees are provided with a conference name badge and lanyard to wear for the duration of the conference. The lanyard sponsor will maximise their exposure by having their company logo visible on every lanyard, on each attendee at the conference. Delegates are often photographed at the conference whilst wearing their lanyards, and your company logo, providing exposure across social media sharing and publishing of event photos.
