Group Registrations are available for 3 or more delegates from the same facility. These discounted rates are available if all attendees are booked together and fully paid by our Early bird date of 11 July 2025.

Please select the number of delegates attending (click under group size below), and you will need to fill in the name details for each person. Please click on next and complete each screen with details for your first attendee. When that is complete, you will be prompted to enter the second attendee details (look for the 'register' box beside their name on the summary screen) and so on until all delegates have been registered.

Full Conference Registration - Social Functions

Attendance at our two social functions is included with your Full Conference Registration. However, for planning purposes - please indicate below if you will be attending these events. You also have the option here to purchase an additional ticket to each of these functions for a guest.

Evening Reception

Our Evening Reception is a networking event for our delegates, exhibitors and presenters and provides the perfect opportunity to catch up with colleagues, meet with suppliers and build new business relationships in a relaxed environment. Light canapes and beverages will be served in the Exhibition Hall.

Conference Dinner

Join us in the Great Hall of Parliament House for the 2025 Conference Dinner. Australian Parliament House is one of the most iconic buildings in the country and is an arresting venue that represents the character of Australia, its people and our democratic spirit. Site Visit

The Day Hospitals Australia Conference provides a broad program of professional opportunities to delegates, including optional site visits to local hospitals on Wednesday before the Conference begins. Site visits are a great opportunity for you to tour another facility, and take practical ideas back to your own workplaces.

 

Our Site Visits tour is $80 per person and will be on Wednesday 27 August in the morning.  Pickup will be from our conference venue (National Convention Centre) at 9.30am and you will return here in time for registration and our Welcome Lunch.

Accommodation

Accommodation is available at two hotel located in close proximity to the conference venue.

 

Day Hospitals Australia are holding a room block and you can secure your reservation as part of your registration.  Please note this is subject to availability at time of booking and full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival.  Your accommodation is non-refundable once paid in full.
