31st VNCA Conference - exhibition floorplan



We ask you list your three top preferences for your booth. Sites will be allocated on a first in, first served basis on receipt of booking form and payment.

 

Please note – the booths in the premium location will be held for Platinum and Gold Partners until Friday 30 August 2024. After this date, if there are any remaining booths in this space, we will offer them to Silver Partners and Exhibition booth/space holders to swap into one of these premium locations.


The VNCA aims to not allocate competing companies next to one another and this will be considered when allocating sites. Please check the floorplan closely for companies that have already selected their booth location. Plans for custom-built sites must be submitted for approval by the VNCA, conference venue and exhibition builder.

 

Please be reminded that all items and equipment must be kept within the confines of your designated booth space. This policy is in place to ensure a safe and orderly environment for all attendees and exhibitors. Any materials or displays extending beyond your booth area may obstruct walkways and infringe upon neighbouring exhibits, which can create hazards and detract from the overall event experience.

Advanced Clinical Stream

 

Due to popular demand, the Advanced Clinical Stream will be offered on Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 March in a dedicated plenary room with capacity for 180 delegates. Sessions will be delivered by pre-eminent international and national speakers and provide an in-depth review of the underlying physiology and pathophysiology of selected body/organ systems and disease states, along with advanced nursing care and management of patients, with a focus on clinical topics. Vet nurses and technologists who participate in the Advanced Clinical Stream will enhance their skills, stay updated on the latest developments in the field, and learn about new technologies and techniques that can improve patient care.

Lanyards

 

All attendees must wear a conference name badge on a lanyard for the duration of the conference. The lanyard sponsor will maximise their exposure by having their company logo visible on every lanyard, on each attendee at the conference.
