We ask you list your three top preferences for your booth. Sites will be allocated on a first in, first served basis on receipt of booking form and payment.

Please note – the booths in the premium location will be held for Platinum and Gold Partners until Friday 30 August 2024. After this date, if there are any remaining booths in this space, we will offer them to Silver Partners and Exhibition booth/space holders to swap into one of these premium locations.

The VNCA aims to not allocate competing companies next to one another and this will be considered when allocating sites. Please check the floorplan closely for companies that have already selected their booth location. Plans for custom-built sites must be submitted for approval by the VNCA, conference venue and exhibition builder.

Please be reminded that all items and equipment must be kept within the confines of your designated booth space. This policy is in place to ensure a safe and orderly environment for all attendees and exhibitors. Any materials or displays extending beyond your booth area may obstruct walkways and infringe upon neighbouring exhibits, which can create hazards and detract from the overall event experience.

Your booth will be buzzing, with a qualified barista to make premium coffees, herbal tea and hot chocolate to order across all three conference days (24 total hours included, additional hours charged at cost. Location of the coffee machine to be close to booth if possible).

Double your dessert joy with an ice cream cart located at your booth. A dedicated staff member will be at the cart to scoop and serve different flavours of ice cream (4 hours per day – served during lunch and afternoon tea breaks)

International speakers are highly regarded by delegates as they provide the global context to the conference. As the sponsor of one of our two International Speakers your organisation is associated with this highlight of the VNCA Conference. A hot breakfast will be served to all attendees (for up to 60 attendees, upgrade to room capacity available for purchase).

Due to popular demand, the Advanced Clinical Stream will be offered on Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 March in a dedicated plenary room with capacity for 180 delegates. Sessions will be delivered by pre-eminent international and national speakers and provide an in-depth review of the underlying physiology and pathophysiology of selected body/organ systems and disease states, along with advanced nursing care and management of patients, with a focus on clinical topics. Vet nurses and technologists who participate in the Advanced Clinical Stream will enhance their skills, stay updated on the latest developments in the field, and learn about new technologies and techniques that can improve patient care.

The VNCA Conference Awards will award prizes in the following categories:

• Best poster presentation

Sponsoring one or all these awards is a unique opportunity to get involved and show your appreciation for our amazing presenters.

The delegate lounge will be a zone within the exhibition to allow delegates to relax, connect and re-energise in between education sessions.

The conference proceedings will be produced in electronic format and will include all session technical notes produced by speakers. All registered delegates will receive a copy of the digital proceedings up to one week prior to the event.

Distributed to delegates at registration, the branded delegate bag is an essential item for transporting promotional material and product information throughout the conference. It will feature your company’s logo in a prominent position next to the conference logo and will be used and seen long after the conference is over! Package must be booked by Monday 27 January 2025 to ensure productions deadlines are met.

All attendees must wear a conference name badge on a lanyard for the duration of the conference. The lanyard sponsor will maximise their exposure by having their company logo visible on every lanyard, on each attendee at the conference. Delegates are often photographed at the conference whilst wearing their lanyards, and your company logo, providing exposure across social media sharing and publishing of event photos. Package must be booked by Monday 27 January 2025 to ensure production deadlines are met.

With high usage, the conference mobile app enables attendees to access all conference related information, such as the program, sponsors, exhibitors and speaker biographies. They can also plan their schedule and connect with other attendees.

With almost all delegates using their phones, tablets and mobile devices throughout the event, a custom-branded station positioned near your booth is an ideal way to help delegates to stay charged throughout the event.

The President’s Welcome Drinks will be held on Tuesday 18 March, from 5.30pm-7.00pm. This occasion provides a great opportunity for the VNCA and the industry to welcome delegates to the conference and Melbourne, and to connect with colleagues from across the veterinary sector.

A wonderful opportunity to get your company name out to delegates as they mix and mingle during the Happy Hour, in the exhibition, after the first day of the conference – Wednesday 19 March. Additional tickets will be available for sale to non-delegates wishing to attend.

Always a highly anticipated and well-attended social function, the Gala Dinner is an excellent opportunity for you to speak to a captive audience, and to have your company branding in a number of prominent positions, including the ever-popular photo booth (upgrade option). The Gala Dinner will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Thursday 20 March.
