Biography
James Greenwood (he/him) is the Head of Residential Life at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), taking the strategic lead for all aspects of community building and housing. James is also chair of the ACHUO-i Global Initiatives network. Additionally, James chairs the UK Residential Life and Student Experience groups as part of College and University Business Officers (CUBO) professional body.
James has worked within residential life for over 10 years at various universities across the UK and has created award-winning student experience programmes.
Prior to residential life, James studied International Events Management at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. He has also worked in different events and communications-based roles across several different industries in the public and private sectors. James is passionate about diversity and inclusion within education and has chaired groups and networks to support LGBTQ+ staff and student communities. Biography
Dr. Michael Griffel is an associate vice president for Student Services and Enrollment Management, and director for University Housing. His work focuses on capital construction for the division as well as developing and enhancing environments for student academic success, growth, and development in University Housing. He previously served as the director of residence life at Bowling Green State University, director for university residences at the University of Idaho, director for residence life and assistant director for residence life at Robert Morris College, and residence hall director at the University of Pittsburgh. Michael has been actively involved with ACUHO-I (Association of College and University Housing Officers-International), serving on the executive board and committees and task forces.

Biography
Jacob Waitere has over 17 years of experience in the student accommodation sector. With an employment history across Victoria University of Wellington, the University of Auckland, Campus Living Villages and now UniLodge at the University of Canterbury, Jacob has a bachelors degree in Education and English, is a chartered Manager, member of the Institute of Directors, NZ and has extensive sector leadership experience with APSAA and ACUHO-I.
